Open the app and follow the instructions to register. Make sure that your device is updated to the latest version. To set up Signal on your phone, you have to install the app from your device’s App Market. The new contact name will now be shown in Signal.The contact has to be saved on the internal storage of your phone, rather than a SIM card.
